Meet Old Farmdal aka “Space Cheese” 🌍✨
This incredible Belgian Gouda-style cheese didn’t just travel to Maidenhead… it actually went to SPACE! 🚀
Old Farmdal was sent to the International Space Station after NASA astronaut Shannon Walker requested some of her favourite Belgian cheese for her mission. (Space Cheese)
Aged for around 9–12 months, it has a dense, creamy texture with those irresistible little crunchy crystals, alongside flavours of caramel, ripe fruit, nuttiness and a hint of dark chocolate. 🤤
And yes… that explains the brilliant rocket-and-planets design on the wheel! 🪐
